Receive Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, Razorpay will send you a confirmation email at the email address you provide during checkout. This serves as your official payment receipt.

Get Onboarded & Start Learning
Our team will verify your payment and onboard you into the next available batch. Here is what happens next:
- ›You get added to your batch WhatsApp group for announcements and peer discussion
- ›Lab access credentials are shared (VPN, VM images, or cloud lab links)
- ›Pre-course study materials and setup instructions are sent out
- ›Training begins as per the batch schedule communicated to you

Enrollment FAQs
Can I pay in installments?
Currently we accept full payment at the time of enrollment. If you have specific requirements, please write to us at contact@etsecinc.com and we will try to work something out.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card details are never shared with us.
What if my payment fails?
If money was debited but payment shows as failed, it is usually refunded automatically within 5-7 business days. If not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help resolve it.
Can I get a refund after enrolling?
Please refer to our refund policy at etsecinc.com/refund. Refund eligibility depends on timing and batch status.
When will my batch start?
Batch start dates vary. After enrollment, you will be informed of the next available batch. We try to start batches within 1-2 weeks of sufficient enrollments.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Razorpay issues a payment receipt automatically. If you need a formal invoice from ETSEC, let us know via email after payment.
